Elektronika was the russian company which produced the pocket calculators in the 70s and the 80s They also made some desk top models.
This pocket calculator has a green VFD screen. It is a scientific calculator. It is a russian copy of the Rockwell 74K, and you can see at this youtube video, and therefor very colllectable as a piece of history. The serial number is B3410. Produced in 1985. Unfortunately I don't know if it works, as I don't have the special adapter or special batteries ( see the inside picture), It comes with a plastic cover, instructions in russian and an exploded view of the electronic so you can repair it yourself when it seems neccessary..
This item is in a good optical condition.
